Payment Policy

  • Eft payments are due prior to your course commencing or by cash on the day your course starts. Thank you to the students who pay on time. It is a wonderful reflection of your commitment to your practice, your teacher and your fellow students. Furthermore, it is the strength of this commitment that creates the invigorating energy in the school that we all enjoy.

  • Missed classes may be made up in the term. They may also be made up in the following term if you are booked into a course. If you wish to do a makeup class no booking is enquired.

Missed classes are not transferable as a discount on the next term’s fees. When making payment please do not assume or ask your teacher for a discount on last term’s missed classes.

  • There will inevitably be times when you may miss a block of classes, i.e. 4 or more classes in a row, usually due to holidays or illness. In these situations you need to discuss payment with Vivienne via email or phone. Please do not discuss with your teacher before or after class.

  • You are encouraged to do casual classes to support your practice in conjunction with your course. You may not attend casually if you are not booked into a course.
